Upon receiving the assignment, we observed that the existing brand guideline did not adequately reflect the project's exceptional quality and failed to resonate with the predefined target audience. Recognizing the opportunity to make a significant impact, we were entrusted to reimagine the concept and develop a comprehensive advertising and communication strategy, including collateral production such as printed materials and more.
Result
Through our strategic process, we early on identified the unique value propositions that the Silva residential project offered to the target audience, while also understanding their specific desires and preferences. This insight led us to craft a the tagline, "Mer av det som är viktigt för dig". We strategically employed this phrase to focus on different aspects of the project's strengths, such as "Ett hem med mer arkitektur", "Ett hem med mer plats", "Ett hem med mer natur" and more. To amplify this message, we meticulously developed a distinct visual profile, skillfully leveraging the available project renderings. The outcome is an extraordinary residential project that stands out amidst the competition, where its exceptional features and added value are prominently showcased with a compelling premium essence.
