Case
Nya Kvadrat is a brokerage that specializes in the sale of new production. Their customers are primarily construction companies. With a strong brand on the market, they want to expand their offer. Through a new Nya Kvadrat Mäkleri they will enter the residential market. New Kvadrat mäkleri needs its own sub-brand and its own communication.
Approach
Through a new brand strategy and a visual guideline, we create the opportunity for three companies to come together under the same main brand. New Kvadrat Mäkleri's brand is adapted to meet private consumers. The main carrier is the image tonality and through a close collaboration with the photographer Alen Cordic and Walti Hösli, a uniform expression is created throughout the brand.
